Flu Vaccines will be available at Clairhurst – we will post here as soon as we have them (likely Mid-end of October)
Clairhurst will NOT be administering Covid 19 vaccines – we will post here once we know who is administering them this year (likely Toronto Public Health and your local pharmacy we will post here when we have more information)

There are many services your doctor provides that are not covered by OHIP. We ask you to take a few minutes to review the Private Services tab above.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment you have missed it. You will need to re-schedule.
If your child is a patient of Clairhurst and is unwell or has something that needs to be seen in the next day or two- please come directly to our walk in. See the walk in tab below for times. There are no urgent appointments and the Dr’s do not return calls with photos.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FORM SELECTED. Messages that do not meet the proper criteria will be automatically deleted.

Wait times are unpredictable, we appreciate your patience, we are moving as fast as we can but good care is important and should not be rushed. Our staff cannot answer questions on the length of the wait time, it holds up the process further. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for verbal abuse or threatening behaviour toward any Clairhurst team member.
We are unable to see behavioural or mental health issues during the walk in- please fill the form below and we will set up an appointment.
Please include the temporary health card number, email address and the name of the person that accepted your newborn to the practice

Be sure to include the email address that you would like your immunization record sent to, this gives us permission to send it to you by email. We cannot send it to a third party, parent/guardian only. We are also happy to mail it to the address we have on file for the patient. Messages that do not provide preference on how the immunization record will be delivered, will be automatically deleted.
Be sure to include the name and dose of the medication as well as the pharmacies name, phone and fax number. We will not fill prescriptions without ALL of this information. ATTENTION: There may be a $25 fee for a prescription, this service is not covered by OHIP.
It may take two weeks to fill out a form. If the form requires blood pressure or a recent check up, you may need to book an appointment. Bear in mind we book 3 months ahead for check ups so do not leave it to the last moment. Be sure to include your email address giving us permission to email it back to you. There may be a charge as most forms are not covered by OHIP.
OUR GENERAL PEDIATRICIANS ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS FOR ONGOING CARE AT THIS TIME. (Of course, we will accept new siblings of our current patients).
OUR PEDIATRIC SPECIALISTS ARE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS BY REFERRAL.
